WHY THIS ROUTE
Hosts who already run pick'ems in spreadsheets feel the copying and editing every week, and a sealed counter on their overlay sells itself in one stream.
ARRIVED LOOKS LIKE
Fifteen hosts running free nights and five paying for Host, about $45 a month.

FIRST MESSAGE · DM · TO FIVE STREAMERS OR CLUB ADMINS WHO RUN PICK'EMS
Hi, I watched your Saturday watch along and saw the pick'em sheet. I run a free pick'em where every pick is sealed until kickoff, so nobody can copy the leader, and streaks are records people can actually check. No money, no stakes. Want me to set up your next card?
3. Run one night live with a host
120 minBuild the card together, put the sealed counter on the overlay, and be in chat to help the first viewers sign in.
4. Offer Host to anyone over 300 players
15 minWhen a host hits the free lobby size or asks for the overlay, send the plans sheet. Keep the free party generous.
5. Post a monthly board
20 minWith the host's permission, post the season board and the longest streak. Real records sell better than claims.
