How owning works: paying, escrow and refunds

Every app is $100. One price, paid once. Ready apps are delivered within 48 hours. Every other app is yours within the time shown on it, set up under your name and wallet, and you get your money back if we are late.

After you pay, you can follow every stage on your order page and in My apps. If you leave an email, we also write when the stage changes.

Paying

HOW PAYING WORKS
  1. 1. Pay in USDCIt locks in the escrow contract, not our wallet.
  2. 2. We set it upUnder your name and wallet, with your logo, by the promised date.
  3. 3. Delivered, or refundedDelivered: the funds release to us. Not collected within 14 days: you claim them back yourself.
  • Ready now: pay $100 once. We set it up on your chain within 48 hours of payment.
  • Yours in days: pay $100 once, the same as a ready app. We set it up under your name and wallet within the time shown on the app, or 5 days when none is shown. There is nothing else to pay.
  • Or reserve it: for an app that is not ready yet, you can pay $25 now and $75 when it is ready. If your app is not ready on time, you get your $25 back. Once it is ready, you have 7 days to pay the $75. If you do not, the reservation ends and the $25 covers the setup work.
  • Add-ons like the owner console are never part of the first payment. You request them after delivery and only pay if you accept the quote.

Escrow: your money waits in a contract

Your USDC is locked in a smart contract on Base, not sent to us. The contract lets us collect it only if we deliver within 14 days of your payment. After that, if we have not collected it, you take it back yourself from My apps, no permission needed. This covers every payment, for ready apps and for the rest, reservations included. Refunds

IF WE ARE LATE

Ask, and we refund in full

Every order shows its promised delivery date, counted from your payment. If we miss it, ask for a refund in My apps and we refund the full amount you paid.

IF WE NEVER COLLECT

Take it back yourself

If we have not collected your payment within 14 days, the contract lets you withdraw it from My apps. You do not need us for that.

Questions people ask

Can I pay by card?

Not for apps yet; card checkout for apps is coming soon. If you want to pay by card or need a custom deal, and we sort it out with you.

I do not have USDC on Base. What do I do?

Use Get USDC to swap or bridge from almost any chain into USDC on Base, right here in the app.

Why do I sign a message before paying?

One gasless signature proves the wallet that opens the order is yours. Only a payment from that same wallet can confirm it, so nobody can claim your payment. Signing moves no funds.

Who owns the app after delivery?

You do. It is deployed under your wallet, and you get the repo. You are the verifiable owner and developer, not a tenant.

Do you promise airdrops, grants or prizes?

No. Airdrops, grants and prizes are never guaranteed. You are owning and building an app, not buying a payout.
