Target Unstoppable DeFi, AI Security and Defense, or Privacy and Private AI. You need a public repo, a public demo post on X, and a README written per HACKATHON.md with do X, see Y steps. Only NEAR integration code built during the event window is judged. You may build on your existing copy if you disclose it with a branch or tag diff. Entering does not mean winning, so judge your own entry by what you ship.

2. Tag your starting point

Before the event work begins, tag the repo, for example pre-hackathon, so judges can see the diff of what you built during the window.

3. Pick one feature that fits one track

30 min

For AI Security and Defense, build the propose only explainer key and its TEE attestation check. For Unstoppable DeFi, build capped swaps through the 1-Click Swap SDK. For Privacy and Private AI, keep explanations inside the TEE with no stored transcript.

4. Write the do X, see Y README

40 min

For example: do create a swap above the daily cap, see the caps contract hold it and the explainer say why. Three to five steps a judge can follow on testnet.

5. Post the demo on X and submit

45 min

Record a two minute demo, post it publicly on X with the repo link, and submit before Nov 14, 23:59 UTC.
