12d 11h left. Home Account can enter it. Unstoppable DeFi: one NEAR account swapping BTC, ETH and SOL through NEAR Intents and Chain Signatures under your caps.
Yours in about 7 days. Lands about Nov 9, 5 days before the deadline.
One named NEAR account that holds your real BTC, ETH and SOL on their own chains, with one recovery plan, swaps capped by your own rules, and an AI helper that explains every action before you sign.
Try it live, freeYour USDC is locked in a smart contract, not sent to us. The contract lets us collect it only if we deliver within 14 days of your payment (by 16 Nov 2026 if you pay today). After that date, if we have not collected it, you take it back yourself from My apps, no permission needed. Before it, only we can refund: if we miss the promised date, ask in My apps and we refund you from the contract. View the contract on BaseScan. This covers every payment, a reservation too: the funds are released to us only when we deliver.
Promised delivery: 9 Nov 2026 (counted from payment). Self-refund opens: 16 Nov 2026 (the contract deadline).
Add-ons are not part of this payment. Once your app is delivered you can request them from My apps, and you only pay if you say yes to the quote.
Anjali Rao dispatches school buses in Pune and keeps her savings in three places: Bitcoin from 2019 on a paper seed, ETH in a phone wallet and SOL in an app her nephew set up. When the July rains soaked the folder with the Bitcoin seed, she spent a week drying pages and found she could not remember which phrase opened which wallet. Home Account gives her one name, anjali.near, that controls real addresses on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana through NEAR Chain Signatures, so there is one recovery plan and one address book. Swaps go through NEAR Intents only inside the daily caps she set, a new recipient waits a day before it can receive money, and a private AI helper reads each request back to her in plain words before her phone key signs. The helper can explain and warn, and it can never sign.
A web app and installable phone app for one named NEAR account: Chain Signatures addresses on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana derived from that account, balances read from each chain, swaps routed through NEAR Intents with the 1-Click Swap SDK inside per swap and daily caps, an address book with a 24 hour cooling off period for new recipients, a recovery plan with two full access keys and a written checklist, meta transactions so the user never needs NEAR for gas, an AI explainer on NEAR AI Cloud that holds a function call key limited to proposing, a plain words activity log, plans with checkout and the owner console.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Chain Signatures, NEAR Intents and named accounts are live NEAR tools, and wallets such as Meteor and HOT already use parts of them. What is new is the household shape: one recovery plan for coins that stay on their native chains, an address book with a cooling off rule for new recipients, swap caps the owner of the account sets and the app cannot loosen, and an explainer that runs inside a TEE on NEAR AI Cloud and holds only a limited function call key, so it can propose and warn but never move funds.
Multichain wallets built on NEAR Chain Signatures and Intents (for example HOT Wallet and Meteor Wallet), and wallet security tools such as Rabby's transaction preview and Wallet Guard. None combine native chain custody under one named account with owner set caps and a signing-free AI explainer.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.
8 live races fit this app. Each one says why, with its prize and countdown. The rule on existing code is on the race page.
A complete self custody app you own: people put their Bitcoin, ETH and SOL behind one named NEAR account with one recovery plan, swap only inside caps they set, hear every request explained before they sign, and pay you monthly for more explanations and household accounts. Your console runs pricing, growth, rules and the explainer.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
A free account with a monthly explanation allowance, a Keeper plan for unlimited explanations and statements, and a Household plan for families. Optional disclosed integrator fee on swaps, off by default.
If the owner turns on the integrator fee in the 1-Click Swap SDK, it is shown on every quote before signing. It is off by default.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

Custom builds start from $1,400: more chains through Chain Signatures, a family inheritance plan, a branded app for a community or exchange education program, or integration with a hardware key.
The recipe (how it is built, the data, costs, risks, build order, the pitch and the demo script) is unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Many people who hold a little Bitcoin, ETH and SOL keep three wallets, three seed phrases and three address books. Seeds get lost, wet or mixed up, a rushed swap goes through a bridge nobody checked, and a signing screen full of hex gives no hint of what is about to happen. Families end up with savings that only one person can open, and that person is often unsure how.
Multichain wallets exist, and some already use NEAR Chain Signatures and Intents under the hood. Transaction previews and phishing warnings exist too. Home Account is an incremental take built for a household: one named NEAR account controls native addresses on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana, so there is one recovery plan; swaps run only through NEAR Intents inside caps the account holder sets in a small contract; a new recipient waits through a cooling off period; and an AI explainer runs in a TEE on NEAR AI Cloud with a function call key that can only propose, never sign. Research verdict: parts exist, the combination is new, medium novelty.

Your savings on any chain should sit behind one name you understand, one recovery plan you have tested, and rules you set yourself, with a calm explanation before every signature.
Read it back to me Before any signature the helper says, in one or two sentences, what will leave the account, where it goes, what it costs and which rule it passed. People screenshot it because it is the first signing screen they understood.
The rule that waited When a new address tries to receive money, the app shows the cooling off timer and why it exists. The day a scam message fails because of the timer is the day a user tells their family.
One name, three chains anjali.near shows real Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana addresses on one card. A family member can send to a name they can spell instead of a string they must copy.

Cost per use: unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Each family that moves its savings under one name invites the next person it sends money to, because sending to a name is easier than copying an address. Read back screenshots and the cooling off story spread in family and community chats. The weekly statement brings people back without a single push for trading.

Plenty of people hold a little Bitcoin, ETH and SOL and are one wet folder away from losing it. Owning Home Account means you run the calm version of self custody: one named NEAR account for coins that stay on their own chains, one tested recovery plan, caps the user sets, and an explainer that reads every request back before a signature. You earn from monthly plans, never from holding anyone's money.
The app never holds keys or funds. Keys live on the user's phone and their backup, Chain Signatures signing is done by the NEAR MPC network, and the caps contract decides what is allowed. You run the app, the relayer and support, and you get the caps contract reviewed before you charge.
It can, and the app says so. The raw request and the caps contract result sit next to every summary, and the contract, not the model, allows or holds a request. The explainer only holds a function call key that can propose, so a wrong summary can never move money by itself.
Then the account cannot be recovered, and the setup screen says that in plain words. That is why setup forces a restore test from the backup key before any deposit and repeats the reminder every six months.
Self custody software that never holds funds is treated more lightly than an exchange in many places, but rules differ by country, especially once you charge or add swap fees. Take local advice before you charge, keep the integrator fee off until you have, and never call the app investment advice.
Monthly Keeper and Household plans, white label copies for communities and education programs, and paid setup help for families. Illustrations, not promises.
