Read the rules at https://nearhackathon.com. The event runs Nov 1, 00:00 UTC to Nov 14, 2026, 23:59 UTC, with $250,000 in prizes paid in NEAR across 13 tracks. Target Social Money (Sputnik DAO, Trezu) or Real-World Money. You need a public repo, a public demo post on X and a README that follows HACKATHON.md with do X, see Y steps. Only NEAR integration code built during the event window is judged. You may build on your existing copy if you disclose it with a branch or tag diff. Nobody is promised a prize.

2. Tag your starting point

Before you write new code, tag the repo as it was on Nov 1 so judges can see exactly what you built during the event.

3. Build one new NEAR feature

480 min

Pick one: recurring dues approved once with function call keys, a cross chain top up link using the 1-Click Swap SDK, or a venue payment code. Keep it small and finished.

4. Write the README and record the demo

90 min

Write do X, see Y steps for the new feature, then post a two minute demo on X that shows it working.

5. Submit before the deadline

20 min

Submit your repo and demo post by Nov 14, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, and say clearly what existed before the event.
