Look at recent hackathon winners, Gitcoin round grantees and builders who post weekly updates on X or Farcaster. Note their project and the programs they applied to.
Reply to a builder's own post about a grant or hackathon, or message builders you already know. Quote their project and a deadline they might want. No mass messages.
Saw you are applying to the Optimism round. I run a small lookout that keeps every grant and hackathon deadline for your project on one calendar, scores fit against each program's own criteria and drafts the answers from your README. You edit and submit. Want a free month while you apply?
On a short call, pick the program that fits best, run the draft writer and go through the open questions together. They submit it themselves.
Once they submit, offer Watchtower at $12 a month for scores, drafts and change alerts. Ask for one intro to another builder either way.
Leave an email and we nudge you at 24 and 72 hours with your next move. Optional.
