Sealed Take
Everyone stakes a conviction, encrypted. The chain tallies it without ever seeing a single take. FHE on Base.
Secret Santa and gift circles drawn by onchain randomness, with nobody able to peek.
Try it live, freeYour USDC is locked in a smart contract, not sent to us. We can only collect it by delivering before 26 Oct 2026. If we miss it, you take it back yourself from My apps, no permission needed. We can also refund you any time. View the contract on BaseScan.
Promised delivery: 26 Oct 2026 (counted from payment).
Add-ons are not part of this payment. Once your app is delivered you can request them from My apps, and you only pay if you say yes to the quote.
An office of thirty sets a gift circle. The chain draws pairs; each person only sees their own match.
Circle setup, Keyless join, random pairing, reveal page.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Secret Santa apps exist off chain; provably fair onchain pairing was not found.
Elfster (off chain).
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.

The complete Secret Gift app: gift circles for offices, families and clubs where Aptos onchain randomness draws the names and each person can open only their own tag, with plans and checkout built in.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Members always join and open their tag free. Organizers pay per circle for office sized circles and extras, clubs and families subscribe monthly.
Draw gas is under one cent per circle and can be sponsored by the owner. Plans are paid in USDC on Base by default.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

Custom work from $1,000: your own draw types, an HR or Slack integration, extra languages, or a branded deployment for a company or school. Scoped on a call.
The recipe (how it is built, the data, costs, risks, build order, the pitch and the demo script) is unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Gift circles in offices, families and clubs run on trust in whoever draws the names. The organizer can always see every pair, people ask for quiet swaps, and when the same two people match twice, someone says it was rigged. Nobody can prove otherwise.
Secret Santa apps already exist and work well off chain: Elfster is the best known, and many free web tools draw names and send emails. They all ask you to trust the operator's server. Research did not find a ready product that draws the circle with onchain randomness so the draw itself is publicly verifiable. That part is new. The rest (invites, wishlists, reminders) is familiar and borrowed on purpose. The app still seals each person's match on its own server, so it is fairer and more provable than a coffee tin, not trustless in every respect.

Make every gift circle fair enough that nobody has to defend the hat.
Open my tag A single sealed reveal per person. The moment of opening it is the fun part, and it is truly private.
Provably fair Anyone can check the draw transaction. Organizers love not being blamed.
Friday hints One anonymous hint a week to your person keeps the circle alive until the party.
Unlocked when your app is paid in full
Cost per use: unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Every member who opens a tag sees how the draw was done and who made it. The share card and the public draw link travel to other offices and families, and next December's organizer is often this year's guest.

Secret Gift: Secret Santa and gift circles drawn by onchain randomness, with nobody able to peek. Using someone else's version means their rules, their brand and their revenue. Owning Secret Gift means it is deployed under your wallet, carries your name, and every customer, partner and result builds your track record instead of theirs.
Secret Gift arrives deployed with a guide. Running it is settings and sharing links, not code. If you get stuck, we help you ship it.
Start with ten people you already know. The first move below takes under an hour and tells you fast whether people care.
Each step is sized in minutes. Most owners spend an hour a week, and the app does the repetitive part.
Nothing is guaranteed. The playbook gives you a clear path and honest numbers, and you decide how far to take it.
Charge the people who get the most value from Secret Gift: a monthly plan for groups or teams, plus setup fees for anyone who wants it done for them.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
A starter chart. A fuller, app-specific playbook is being written.

Governance by text-sized questions: one decision a week, answered in ten seconds, with real quorum.
Crowdfunding where backers get refunded by contract if the goal or the milestones are missed.
A shared house or club tracks who did the work, and the record becomes everyone's portable reliability score.
Lend the ladder, the drill, the tent: a street library of things with deposits held by contract.
Fund a public good with hours of your skill, not just money, and get matched like a donation.
A rotating savings circle (ajo, susu, chama) with payouts enforced by contract and trust scores for members.
Retro funding for the quiet helpers: the community nominates who mattered, a pot pays them.
