Why it matters and how it really works

The need

In cohorts, teams and small communities, people want to say they would like to work with someone but avoid asking because a no is awkward and public. Good pairs never form because nobody wants to go first.

What exists and what is new

Mutual reveal is an old idea. Off chain crush and match apps already do it, but the operator's server sees every pick. What we did not find live is mutual matching where picks are encrypted with FHE on Fhenix, so the match is computed without anyone, including the host, reading a one sided pick. The mechanic is familiar; the privacy guarantee is the new part.
