Sealed Take
Everyone stakes a conviction, encrypted. The chain tallies it without ever seeing a single take. FHE on Base.
Your own liquid staking token where members vote each epoch on which validators get the stake, and a share of yield funds the club.
Try it live, freeYour USDC is locked in a smart contract, not sent to us. The contract lets us collect it only if we deliver within 14 days of your payment (by 15 Nov 2026 if you pay today). After that date, if we have not collected it, you take it back yourself from My apps, no permission needed. Before it, only we can refund: if we miss the promised date, ask in My apps and we refund you from the contract. View the contract on BaseScan. This covers every payment, a reservation too: the funds are released to us only when we deliver.
Promised delivery: 6 Nov 2026 (counted from payment). Self-refund opens: 15 Nov 2026 (the contract deadline).
Add-ons are not part of this payment. Once your app is delivered you can request them from My apps, and you only pay if you say yes to the quote.
Thandiwe Ncube is a frontend developer in Bulawayo whose SOL sits staked with an exchange validator she never chose, while her Thursday builders club keeps running short of money for the hall and the generator. With Hometown Stake she stakes into the club's own token, votes each epoch on which validators get the club's stake within safety rules, and a set share of the staking yield goes to the club treasury with a receipt for every spend.
The user app: stake and unstake with a live preview, the epoch vote within safety rules, three playable epoch outcomes, the club treasury with spend receipts, history and a three tier paywall with simulated USDC checkout. Built on an SPL stake pool on Solana.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Branded LSTs are easy to launch through Sanctum, and stake voting exists: Marinade let holders direct stake and now runs MNDE enhanced stake, and SolBlaze let BLZE holders vote stake to validators. What this adds is a club scale version: members of one community vote each epoch on their own pool's delegation within owner set safety rules, with square root vote weight and a per validator cap, and a fixed share of yield goes to the club treasury with public spend receipts. Honest label: low novelty, the community framing and the club share are the new parts.
Sanctum branded and validator LSTs, Marinade directed stake and MNDE enhanced stake, SolBlaze custom liquid staking and BLZE gauges, Jito StakeNet.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.
2 live races fit this app. Each one says why, with its prize and countdown. The rule on existing code is on the race page.
Your community's own liquid staking token on Solana: members vote each epoch on where the club's stake goes within your safety rules, and a set share of the yield funds the club with a receipt for every spend.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.

Members stake free; Supporter and Organizer plans add reminders, reports and club tools. A small owner fee on staking rewards goes to you, separate from the club share that goes to the club treasury.
Owner fee of 0 to 4 percent of staking rewards (default 2 percent) and a club share of 5 to 20 percent (default 10 percent) to the club treasury, both shown before staking. No fee on deposits.

Your token name and brand, club share, safety rules, vote weight, validators to feature and integrations such as Discord roles, event check-ins or sister clubs are scoped and priced together.

Community members hold SOL that earns staking yield somewhere they never chose, while the communities they care about scrape together money for halls, power and prizes. Most stakers have no say in which validators secure the network with their stake.
This largely exists in parts. Sanctum makes branded Solana LSTs easy, Marinade and SolBlaze have let token holders direct stake to validators, and Jito StakeNet automates delegation. Hometown Stake is a club scale version: one community's own token, members vote each epoch on delegation within safety rules the owner sets, and a fixed share of yield funds the club with public receipts. Research verdict: low novelty; the community framing and club share are the new parts.

Staked SOL should secure the network where its owners choose and keep the lights on in the places they gather.
Epoch ballot Every two days or so, a short ballot: spread your votes across validators that passed the safety rules, and see where the club's stake moves.
The club tin The club share of yield lands in a treasury with every spend receipted: hall rent, diesel, prizes.
Local validator Members can back a validator run by people they know, within a cap so no one operator gets too much.

Cost per use: unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Every epoch result is a shareable card: where the club's stake went and what the club tin paid for. Other clubs see it and ask to run their own.

Every community on Solana has members with staked SOL and a treasury that never has enough. Owning Hometown Stake means your club gets its own staking token: members vote each epoch on which validators get the stake, within safety rules you set, and a share of the yield pays for the hall, the power and the prizes, with a receipt for every spend. Start with your own club, then run it for every sister club that asks.
The pool runs on the audited SPL stake pool program that many LSTs use. You hold the manager key in a multisig with two members, and the Rules screen is a short form. The delivery guide walks through launch on devnet first.
Votes count by the square root of a member's balance, each member has a cap, and no validator can get more than the per validator cap. Votes are public too. You can tighten all three from the Rules screen.
Safety rules drop delinquent validators even mid epoch, and stake is spread across several. Slashing is not live on Solana today but could be, and the app says so. Never promise a rate.
Be open about it. The owner fee and the club share are shown before anyone stakes, and every club spend has a receipt. Many owners set their own fee low and let the club share do the work.
A small owner fee on staking rewards, Supporter and Organizer plans, and setup plus monthly fees for sister clubs running their own token.
