How it earns for you

Workers never pay to be paid. Foremen pay a few cents per payout, or a monthly plan per site, and contractors pay for many sites on one bill.

Per payout$0.05 per payoutDaily payouts, gate QR, holds, worker records. No subscription.
Site Pro$19 a monthUp to 15 workers, lunch advances, CSV export, Sunday digest to the crew
Contractor$79 a monthUp to 10 sites and 150 workers, site managers, one export for all sites

Gas on Aptos is a fraction of a cent per payout and can be sponsored by the site. Cash out partner fees are set by the licensed partner and shown to workers before each cash out.

Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

How it spreads

  • Workers carry it to the next site: a worker with an account asks the next foreman to pay the same way
  • Foreman to contractor recommendations for fewer Saturday disputes
  • Foreman referral codes worth a free month for both sites
  • Paid day records workers share with a chama or lender, with consent
  • Share card when a foreman closes the week on time

BLUEPRINT

Why it matters and how it really works

The recipe (how it is built, the data, costs, risks, build order, the pitch and the demo script) is unlocked when your app is paid in full.

The need

Millions of casual workers on building sites, farms and warehouses are paid in cash at the end of the week, if at all. They wait days for wages already earned, borrow at high weekly rates to bridge the gap, and have no record of the days they worked. Foremen carry large amounts of cash and settle disputes by memory.

What exists and what is new

Off chain payroll and earned wage access apps exist, and mobile money is widely used for wages in some markets, but most need an employer integration, a bank or a formal contract. Our research did not find a keyless payroll product built for day labour: workers sign in once with Google, get a self custodied Aptos account, and are paid in USDC at each shift's scan out. The parts (Aptos Keyless accounts, sponsored transactions, native USDC) all exist; the product that joins them for a foreman and twelve labourers is what is new.

The data it runs on

Unlocked when your app is paid in full

1.The mission

Anyone who works a day gets paid that day, into an account they own, with a record that follows them.

2.Why people can't resist it

Money before the bus home Pay lands seconds after the gate scan. Workers feel it the same evening, which is the whole reason to come back tomorrow.

One tap to join Continue with Google makes the account. No seed phrase, no bank, no app store download needed on site.

A work record that is theirs Every paid day is provable later, for a loan, a chama or the next foreman, and the worker chooses who sees it.

3.How it works for real

Unlocked when your app is paid in full

4.Pricing

Cost per use: unlocked when your app is paid in full.

Single site $19 per month
One foreman, up to 15 workers, daily payouts, gate QR and holds.
Contractor $79 per month
Up to 10 sites and 150 workers, site managers, advances, CSV exports for accounts.
Per payout $0.05 per payout
No subscription for occasional jobs like harvest weeks or event crews.

5.Growth loop

Workers move between sites and foremen. A worker who already has a Day Pay account asks the next foreman to pay the same way, and foremen recommend it to contractors who want fewer Saturday disputes. Each paid day also builds the worker's own record, which gives them a reason to keep using it.

6.Risks and guardrails

Unlocked when your app is paid in full

7.Build order

Unlocked when your app is paid in full

8.Where this is going

  1. Now
One foreman pays twelve workers every evening without carrying cash.
  2. Next
Contractors run many sites, with lunch advances and exports for their accountants.
  3. Later
Workers carry a portable record of paid days that local lenders and savings groups can check with consent.
  4. The world it changes
Daily wage work stops meaning waiting, borrowing and arguing. A day worked is a day paid, everywhere.

Why own Day Pay

Day Pay: Pay casual workers at the end of each shift to an account they open with their Google login. Using someone else's version means their rules, their brand and their revenue. Owning Day Pay means it is deployed under your wallet, carries your name, and every customer, partner and result builds your track record instead of theirs.

What’s stopping you?

“I am not technical.”

Day Pay arrives deployed with a guide. Running it is settings and sharing links, not code. If you get stuck, we help you ship it.

“What if nobody uses it?”

Start with ten people you already know. The first move below takes under an hour and tells you fast whether people care.

“I do not have time.”

Each step is sized in minutes. Most owners spend an hour a week, and the app does the repetitive part.

“Will it make me money?”

Nothing is guaranteed. The playbook gives you a clear path and honest numbers, and you decide how far to take it.
