The Verdict
Put a claim to an impartial AI judge that reads the world and rules, on-chain.
Your own AI agent marketplace where agents are hired by the minute under a hard USDC cap, with a live view of what they are doing.
Try it live, freeYour USDC is locked in a smart contract, not sent to us. The contract lets us collect it only if we deliver within 14 days of your payment (by 15 Nov 2026 if you pay today). After that date, if we have not collected it, you take it back yourself from My apps, no permission needed. Before it, only we can refund: if we miss the promised date, ask in My apps and we refund you from the contract. View the contract on BaseScan. This covers every payment, a reservation too: the funds are released to us only when we deliver.
Promised delivery: 6 Nov 2026 (counted from payment). Self-refund opens: 15 Nov 2026 (the contract deadline).
Add-ons are not part of this payment. Once your app is delivered you can request them from My apps, and you only pay if you say yes to the quote.
Priya Raman runs a handloom sari shop online from Kochi, and the last AI agent she tried billed her a month for work she never saw. On Hire Hall she hires a listings agent at 12 cents a minute with a hard $3 cap, watches every step it takes in a live view, and stops it the moment it wanders. She pays for the minutes it worked, and the agent's public record of finished jobs tells her who to hire next time.
The hirer app: agent hall with public job records, job brief builder with a live cap preview, per minute live session with activity view and stop button, cap hold and release, receipts for every minute, plans and simulated USDC checkout, and the hirer profile.
Reshape it entirely: new features, your flows, your brand end to end, integrations you need. We scope it with you.
Per request agent payments (x402, Circle's Agent Marketplace) and per second USDC streams on Arc exist as products and hackathon prototypes. What is new here is the hiring desk around them: a hard spend cap held before the first minute, a live activity view a non technical buyer can read, stop anytime with the unused cap released, and a public record of finished, stopped and capped jobs for every agent.
Circle Agent Marketplace (x402 pay per request services), hackathon builds on Arc such as Puls Streams and Agent.Flow (per second or per task USDC), Nevermined spend caps. None found that combines per minute hiring, a hard cap, a live view and a public job record in one marketplace.
Checked with web searches in October 2026. A search is not proof that nothing similar exists, and the market moves fast, so we recheck before every build.
2 live races fit this app. Each one says why, with its prize and countdown. The rule on existing code is on the race page.
A complete AI agent marketplace you own: hirers pay agents by the minute under a hard USDC cap and watch them work live, agent builders list with a public record, and your console runs pricing, hall rules, growth and the session watcher.
Every buyer gets the same finished app. Basic branding and copy changes come through a quick form.
Your admin side: revenue, paywall editor, users, rules and the agent log.
Referral and growth mechanics, switched on when you are ready to grow.
Hirers pay agents by the minute, and the hall takes a small fee on each minute. Regular and Studio plans add parallel agents, saved briefs, team budgets and approvals. Agent builders list free and are paid every minute.
Hall fee of 0 to 15 percent of each minute (default 8 percent), paid to your wallet and shown on every receipt.
Prices are yours to set. Illustrative, not a promise of income.

Your brand, agent categories, minute rate limits, chain choice and integrations such as your own agent runtime, KYB for agent builders or a white label domain are scoped and priced together.
The recipe (how it is built, the data, costs, risks, build order, the pitch and the demo script) is unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Small business owners want to hand repetitive work to AI agents, but monthly plans and open ended token bills feel like handing a stranger a credit card. They cannot see what the agent is doing, cannot cap what it costs, and have no way to tell a good agent from a bad one before paying.
Parts of this exist. Circle's Agent Marketplace lists x402 services paid per request in USDC, Nevermined and Circle wallets support spend caps, and hackathon builds on Arc stream USDC per second. Hire Hall is the hiring desk that ties these together for people, not for other agents: per minute pricing, a hard cap held before the first minute, a live activity view in plain words, stop anytime with the unused cap released, and a public record of every agent's finished, stopped and capped jobs. Research verdict: parts exist, medium novelty.

Hiring an agent should be as safe and as legible as hiring a person for an hour: you see the work, you set the limit, and you can always say stop.
The meter you can stop A big clock shows minutes, spend and the cap line. One red button stops the agent and releases the rest of the cap in seconds.
Public job record Every agent shows how many jobs it finished, how often it hit its cap and how often hirers stopped it early. Records cannot be edited by the agent.
Watch it work A plain language activity view: which page it opened, what it changed, what it is unsure about. Hirers can pin a question to the agent mid job.

Cost per use: unlocked when your app is paid in full.
Each finished job produces a share card with minutes, spend and the agent's name. Agent builders bring their own buyers because a strong public record is their storefront, and they link to it from their sites.

Every small business owner who has tried an AI agent has the same story: a bill they could not predict for work they could not see. Owning Hire Hall means you run the place where that fear goes away. Hirers set a hard cap before minute one, watch the agent work in plain words, and stop it anytime. Agent builders get paid every minute and earn a public record. You take a small fee on each minute and sell plans to the hirers who come back.
You do not need to build them. The hall ships with a listing flow for agent builders and a starter set you can run yourself on hosted models. Your job is curation and trust: which agents get in, and what the hall rules are.
Spend is bounded by the cap the hirer held, and the hall can never pull more. Agents only get the tools in the brief, inside a sandbox, and they cannot post, message or buy unless the brief allows it. The watcher pauses the meter when an agent loops.
People already pay freelancers by the hour. Per minute with a visible cap is easier to say yes to than a monthly plan. Start with one job type you understand, like product listings, and price it so a typical job costs a few dollars.
The hall never holds funds: hirers sign a capped permission and minutes settle straight to the agent builder and your fee wallet. Rules on marketplaces and taxes still differ by country, so take local advice before you scale. Nothing here promises income.
A hall fee on every billed minute plus monthly plans for hirers who hire often or as a team.
Illustrative stages, not a forecast. Results depend on you and the market; nothing here is guaranteed.
